The North London Hospice have been caring for people with life-limiting illness and specialist needs since 1984. They offer care support services to communities in three London Boroughs and have two main centers in Finchley and Winchmore Hill. As well as centers, there are 19 charity shops spread over Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.
Prior to using Utility Aid, their meters were with different suppliers and they had several different contracts. This was a drain on precious resources: money and time. The hospice is not part of the NHS and relies on fundraising to continue, therefore, they look to reduce expenditure and increase funds as much as possible.
