Before working with Utility Aid YMCA Newport had taken over the premises from a charity which had ran into financial difficulties.
The energy contracts our predecessor had locked into did not appear to offer a competitive price.

Utility Aid signed YMCA Newport into a contract for gas saving them over £7k and for electricity over £5106.
Utility Aid were very responsive and helpful and their own processes were rapid. On one occasion when something needed to happen quickly and the person we normally deal with at Utility Aid was not available but three other members of staff worked together to seamlessly resolve our problem. That impressed us greatly
